This policy explains how ValiandStudio (data operator — Andrey Poperekov, the "Operator") processes personal data of valiandstudio.ru visitors. Processing is carried out in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

1. What data is collected

Through the contact form you voluntarily provide:

• your name (how to address you);
• your email address;
• the message text (a description of your task).

Additionally, the site uses the Yandex Metrica counter (Yandex LLC), which records anonymized technical data: device type, browser, pages viewed. This data cannot identify you personally and is used for traffic statistics only.

2. Why this data is needed

Form data is used solely to:

• get in touch with you in response to your inquiry;
• discuss the task and prepare a commercial proposal.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Law 152-FZ), which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form.

3. Who the data is shared with

No one. Personal data is never sold, published, or transferred to third parties, except where directly required by Russian law. Technically, the form message is delivered to the Operator via a Telegram bot and/or email — into the Operator's hands only.

4. How long the data is stored

No longer than the processing purpose requires: correspondence about your inquiry is kept until the project discussion is completed, or until your deletion request — whichever comes first.

5. How to withdraw consent and delete your data

You may at any time request the clarification, blocking, or complete deletion of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent to processing. Simply write to:

Requests are processed within 10 working days; deletion is confirmed with a reply message.

6. How the data is protected

Necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures are applied: the form is transmitted over secure HTTPS, submission frequency is limited (anti-spam), and only the Operator has access to the data.
