I design products that work as well as they look. From operator consoles for industrial control systems to deep-tech prototypes — every solution is built on engineering understanding, not just visual instinct.

ValiandStudio — where engineering meets design
ValiandStudio is the design division of ValiandTech. I don't separate "beautiful" from "properly engineered" — a product's form is part of its structure, not decoration on top.
My background in nanoengineering and electronics gives a rare combination: I understand how a product works inside, and I can design something that can actually be manufactured. This is especially valuable when working with technical teams — we speak the same language from day one.
I work with startups, small manufacturers, and engineering teams — places where a designer is needed not to "make it pretty," but to make the product fundamentally better.

Industrial design — from the first brief to the final render
Full design cycle from scratch — suitable for startups and small manufacturers who need a designer that thinks in metal, not mood boards.
Specialisation: industrial and medical workstations. I understand the operator's tasks from the inside — the ergonomics are backed by calculations, not guesswork.
Renders for pitch decks, landing pages, and marketing materials. The product doesn't exist yet — but investors already see it in metal.
A production-ready model from your drawings, sketches, or description. I work in both worlds — precise parametric CAD and organic polygonal modeling.
The product works, but looks like 2010? I'll update the form factor, improve ergonomics — and show how it will look in the new version before production.
Apartment or small facility with implementation cost calculation. Layout, electrical, lighting, material specifications.
We review your sketch, concept, or idea. Suitable when you need an expert engineering-design perspective before committing to production.

How working with me is organized
Yes. Confidentiality is a baseline condition: drawings, renders and any project materials are never published or shared with third parties without your consent. I'm ready to sign your non-disclosure agreement before we discuss any details.
No. A task description is enough — sketches, references or a technical brief. I work in CAD (Siemens NX) and validate solutions virtually: ergonomics, assembly, fits and tolerances are checked on the 3D model long before a physical prototype is made.
An engineering approach — from sketch to production documentation. You get a working package, not pictures: a CAD 3D model, drawings that account for the manufacturing technology, specifications and presentation renders. The factory can work with these files directly.
Transparently, before any work starts: briefing → task analysis → a fixed stage-by-stage quote or an hourly rate — whichever suits your format. The quote is fixed in the contract and doesn't change unless the technical brief does.
Yes. Experienced in fully remote collaboration: calls, interim presentations, file delivery — all online. The site and documentation are maintained in Russian and English, and designs account for international ergonomics and safety standards.
Practical ergonomics guides, standards and ROI calculations

Work as it is — with mistakes, WIP renders, and engineering nitpicks. No gloss, no portfolio polish.

Open to work
I want to grow alongside strong specialists. Open to relocation and business trips.
Participation in team projects as an industrial designer or CAD specialist.
Industrial design, 3D concepts, visualizations, interior design. One-off and long-term.
Especially — medical, electronics, instrumentation. Where form and function are inseparable.
